1. Players are advised to wear shin pads

2.No offside, Corners or throw-ins as normal.

3 Goalies can only throw the ball, they cannot leave the penalty area, with or without possession of the ball.

4.Goalies cannot take the ball from a back pass with their hands

5.Goalkeeper cannot receive a ball from a back pass played twice from the same player in consecutive plays

6.No player is allowed to enter either goal area

7.All free kicks are indirect with opposition player wall at least 2metres away

8.No substitutions are to be made without the referee’s approval.

9. Substitutions can be carried out on a roll off roll on system.

10.The substituted player must leave the field before their replacement is allowed to enter the field

11.Maximum of 7 players per team on the field at anytime

12.Yellow Cards = 3 minutes send off (can be replaced by a sub)

13.Red Card or 2 Yellow Cards = Send-off for the rest of the game

14.Any player receiving a red card or 2 yellow cards in the same game will face 1 game automatic suspension or team manager has the choice to pay €30 to revoke the suspension.

15.Games will consist of 2 x 25 minute halves

16.Players must be registered to play for the team or team will risk forfeiting the match.

17.Match cards must be filled out 5 minutes before scheduled kick-off time

18.Referee’s decisions will be final

19.The LEAGUE coordinator has the discretion to forfeit a result or remove a team from the competition if it is deemed that the team has not conducted itself in the true spirit of the game

20.There must be a minimum of 5 players, or the game will be forfeited

21.Forfeited games are scored at 3-0 to winning team

22.Forfeiting teams will incur a €30 fine and it will be at the discretion of the league coordinator as to whether the team is allowed to continue its participation in the league

23.Points awarded for Win: 3, Draw: 1, Loss: 0points.

24.Games must kickoff on time. Any team not ready to kick off on time will forfeit the game

25.If games are cancelled due to bad weather an email will be sent to team contacts.

26.Only 3 CURRENT or EX PREMIER/LOI player can play in a team
